Description

This GMetrix single application license allows the licensed individual to take the GMetrix practice tests up to 10 times during a one year period. When the license holder activates this license he/she will be able to choose any GMetrix title for QuickBooks. Once the license holder has chosen a title, the license will then be locked down to allow the license holder access to only the chosen title.

Instructions for accessing the GMetrix Practice exams, as well as a code, will be emailed to you within 48 hours. Practice tests are taken online, and can be taken on any computer with sufficient internet access.

GMetrix offers practice tests in two test modes:
Testing Mode

  • Students experience was the certification exams will be like
  • Timed practice test that performs just like the actual certification exam Training Mode

Training Mode

  • Students work at their own pace as they receive feedback
  • They may opt to access step-by-step instructions or help for each question

Redeem your Practice Test through GMetrix
Within 24 hours, Certiport will provide a unique GMetrix code to the email address you provided during your purchase. Included will be instructions on how to redeem the code through GMetrix. If you don’t receive your code within 24 hours, please do the following:

  • How to manage lists (customers, vendors, items, etc.). List management include:

A student should know:

  • QuickBooks uses items to perform the necessary accounting entries
  • The different types of items and when to use each type
  • How to use items for different types of scenarios. These include companies that sell:
    • Products for a specified price
    • Services for a specified price
    • Unique products or services that have different prices for each sale
    • One service or product

Sales

A student should know:

  • Who should be listed in the Customer Center
  • How to navigate and use the Customer Center
  • How to complete the workflow (from the sale to making the deposit) for:
